The Problem
During a severe winter storm, gale-force winds tore loose ridge tiles from the main roof peak, which slid down the pitch, smashing multiple interlocking tiles and puncturing the underlay directly above the master bedroom.

The Solution & Workmanship
Our technicians immediately secured heavy-duty reinforced tarpaulins with timber battens to stop the active water ingress and make the property safe overnight. Once winds subsided 36 hours later, our team returned to replace the broken interlocking concrete tiles, splice in new breathable underlay, and convert the entire 8-metre ridge to a modern dry-ridge mechanical system.
The Result & Guarantee
The home was completely safeguarded from catastrophic internal water damage. The new dry-ridge system guarantees that future windstorms cannot dislodge the ridge tiles. The homeowner was provided with an itemized insurance pack containing full time-stamped damage photos.
